INVESTOR RELATIONS — INFINITE EVSE LLC

For our first funders.

Infinite EVSE installs and operates networked Level 2 charging for properties across the Oklahoma City metro. We're Oklahoma owned and raising a seed round to fund our first sites: hardware, electrical work, permits, and the crew that services them.

THE GAP

Oklahoma is adding electric cars faster than any other state in the country. Almost none of the chargers going in are the kind you leave a car on for six hours.

01The cars arrived first

Oklahoma has the fastest EV growth in the country: registrations up 994% over five years, against 487% for the next state on the list. The charging network has not caught up.

02The capital went to the highway

Almost all of it has gone to DC fast charging along the interstates, built for a twenty minute stop on a long drive. The car sitting in the same apartment space from six at night until seven in the morning has no equivalent.

03Renters cannot fix this themselves

Roughly a third of households in the Oklahoma City metro rent. You cannot run a 240 volt line to a parking space you do not own, so the charger has to come to the lot.

04Nobody local has taken it

We have not found another operator focused on managed destination Level 2 for hosts in this metro. The national networks are working the corridors.

$2,500–$5,000

Per Level 2 port, installed

$50,000–$150,000

Per DC fast port, installed

Industry ranges. The same money buys roughly ten times the ports at Level 2, which is why we start there.

THE MODEL

Every site runs on one of three arrangements. The property chooses; we operate all three the same way.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT IT

01

Capital efficiency is the strategy

A destination Level 2 port costs a fraction of a fast charging port. That is what puts a handful of sites across the metro within reach of a first round.

02

The host keeps the larger share

Hosts take the majority of charging revenue. We stay the operator, which means the property gets the amenity and we get the phone call when a port goes down.

03

Hardware is ordered last

A site needs a signed agreement, a walk-through, a written electrical quote, a permit path, and insurance before we buy anything for it.
